What's included
The Cheltenham Gold Cup shuttle service operates throughout Gold Cup week from our home base at Gloucestershire Airport, Staverton, directly into Cheltenham Races' dedicated helipad.
Flights are in Bell 206 Jetranger and Longranger helicopters with seating capacity for 4 or 6 passengers.
Voucher
Each voucher entitles
one person
to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that
anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 9 months from the date of purchase. Please contact
the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.
Special Conditions
Vouchers are for 1 person and include return shuttle from Gloucestershire Airport into Cheltenham Races' own dedicated helipad.
Seats may be booked individually or, indeed, you may wish to block book a helicopter for your party's exclusive use.
Please note that your flight voucher does not include racetrack entry. This must be purchased separately directly from Cheltenham Racecourse.
If any flight is unable to go ahead due to weather or machine capacity, a full refund will be given.
Booking your event
We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen
date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
