What's included
There are two types of Microlight aircraft – Weight shift and 3-axis. For further details please see All about Microlights
This training is in a 3 axis microlight. These aircraft have the same stick and rudder control as a normal aircraft, usually having an enclosed cockpit. Like traditional aircraft they have control surfaces on the wings (ailerons) and tail-plane (elevators and rudder) which can be moved in the airflow, to manoeuvre the aircraft in the air. Pilot and passenger usually sit side by side.
With three lessons including ground school and hands-on dual-control flying you'll get a comprehensive introduction to flying and gain 3 flying hours for your pilot logbook.

Banking

The weather plays a very important part in all forms of flying, but Microlights are a little more susceptible to the elements than other forms, so please bear that in mind.
