Try your hand as an Aeroplane Pilot! A ca. 60 minute experience including a 20-30 minute briefing, 30 minutes of hands on flying and insurance. One person permitted to accompany you. Voucher can be used UK wide.

What's included

Our Aeroplane Trial Lessons allow you to experience the thrill of flying and will even count as the first step towards your Private Pilot's Licence. The trial lesson is preceded by a short flight briefing with our instructor who will explain all aspects of the flight including the effects of controls and how an aeroplane flies. The student will then be allowed to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft!

A trial lesson will give an insight into the thrills of flying and you will receive a certificate signed by our instructor.

A truly fabulous gift for anyone of any age and also a perfect introduction to flying for those who have always wanted to try flying an aeroplane.

Voucher

Each voucher entitles 2 persons to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 9 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

Special Conditions

Maximum weight is 17 stone (109 kg); maximum height is 6' 6" (1.98 m).

Minimum age is 12 years (adult supervision required on airfield premises for under 16's).

One other person may also share this experience. This person should be a family member/friend with a common interest in flying.

Please note: While we will do our best to avoid it, a fuel surcharge may be applicable at the point of booking if the price of Aviation Fuel is affected by any changes in the EU Tax Regulations or any other significant increase within the UK exceeding 10% during the validity of the voucher.

While we will try to offer your original choice, we reserve the right to alter take-off locations as required by operational circumstances.

Booking your event

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
