Own a pony morning for four children

What's included

Arrive 10am
Pony Sense: safety around your pony what to look out for and keeping away from danger.
Meet the ponies: introduction to your ponies for the morning, give them their haynets
Stables and grooming: Clean out the stable for your pony, give your pony a good groom and do its feet.
Pretty pony: Learn how to plait and braid your pony's mane and tail and have a go yourself.
Best turned out: special rosettes for pony turnourt and plaiting.
Have a go driving: Harness up a pony and have a go at carriage driving in the safe environment of our field.
Pony agility: Take your pony and lead through an agility course geting them to walk over and through a series of obstacles.
Rosettes for completion.
Afterwards take out your plaits and braids and brush your pony down
Feed time: Mix your pony's feed and feed them.
Quiz time: A quiz on all you have learned on your pony morning
Finally: A certificate of acheivement for your pony morning.

Voucher

Each voucher entitles 4 persons to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

Special Conditions

The pony morning is suitable, and aimed at, children from six to ten years of age. It can be structured as a pony party for birthdays etc.
All children should bring a small snack and a drink, especially in hot weather. In summer it is recommended that all children have appropriate sunscreen applied before attending.
Note this experience includes a carriage driving session specifically aimed at children, there is no riding included.
Appropriate clothing, including wellies and waterproofs if it is wet, should be brought with the children

Booking your event

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
