What's included
Each flight will usually ( depending on lift ) last 15 to 20 minutes.
Participants will gain hands on flying experience not long into their first flight and very soon their feelings towards, and their aptitude for flying a glider are revealed.
Few are unmoved by the experience and most cannot resist repeating it.
Weather permitting all flights would be taken in one day.
Membership of the club for the day is included in the cost.Additional visits, if required would require payment of additional £10 per visit for further day membership.
Gliding commences at 12:00 and you should expect to be at the airfield for the rest of the day.
Voucher
Each voucher entitles
one person
to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that
anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact
the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.
Special Conditions
Gliders are not designed to accommodate pilots weighing in excess of approximately 16 stones, also anybody above 6ft 2in will find it very difficult (but not impossible) to squeeze in.
Flying takes place every weekend from Easter until the end of October. The best months being May to September.
Booking your event
We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen
date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
